For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved to bake and loved baked goods, they just didn’t always love me back. With my allergies, the wide wonderful world of baked goods was not always open to me. So, I decided to create my own and start making the things that brought back childhood memories without the ingredients that would cause problems. And the more I did this, the more people I met that faced the same issue. Our allergies might have been different, but our goals were the same. We wanted to eat great baked goods that comforted the soul, reminded us of great memories, and made new ones without any allergy complications.

And this is what I strive to do, create not only allergy friendly baked goods but baked goods that remind us of trips to grandma or our favorite summer vacation. I want our baked goods to be a vehicle to the past that still caters to those with allergies.
